Apple has shaken up its iOS software plans for 2018, delaying some features to next year in an effort to put more focus on addressing performance and quality issues, Axios has learned.
reportedly, some features have been pushed into 2019 related to interfaces for cars, a refreshed home screen, and refreshed apps. Still on the table reportedly are features for augmented reality, health, and parental controls.
If true, it sounds good to me. I don't know if it's particularly worse, but there seems ample weirdness with iOS 11 and the iPhone X.I wouldn't mind at all if that gets cleaned up in trade of new features.
