Apple's Q1 conference tipped for Jan 21

Apple has posted a placeholder page for the company's regularly scheduled quarterly analyst conference call. The Q1 - 2009 financial results call will be held at 5:00pm EST on Wednesday, January 21 (ie one week from Wednesday).
Although Apple is expected to be analyst estimates--by as much as $1.2-billion--with the current consensus at about $10-billion in revenue.
With Apple's iPod touch crowned king of the 2008 holiday shopping season, as well as early signs that the overall Christmas sales have been good to our favorite company, it is anticipated that results will be much better than competitors but only equal to or slightly off historic highs for the Cupertino, CA-based computer / widget / phone maker.
