From technology savvy to Windows PCs in one day

Whether you like Obama or not, it's hard to not feel his staff's pain [being forced to use PCs] and wonder how long it will be before the White House goes Mac.
MSNBC reports that the incoming Obama administration has been confronted with aging computers and software, all of it Windows-based, as staff move into the White House and try to quickly get to work.
The team members, accustomed to working on Macintoshes, found computers outfitted with six-year-old versions of Microsoft software. Laptops were scarce, assigned to only a few people in the West Wing. The team was left struggling to put closed captions on online videos.
Hopefully, whomever is in charge of the White House's technology will quickly come to grips with the situation and outfit Team Obama with fresh new Macs.
It's gotta suck that on January 19th you're known as the most-technology savvy presidential team in history, only to be kneecapped on the 20th by aged and inferior by design Microsoft products...
