Company announced Tuesday that its Chrome browser for the OS X is now available as a stable release.
Google Chrome has moved out of beta into the stable release channel. The new release features speed improvements of 30-35-percent, which represent an improvement of between 213-305-percent since the initial beta release. Other improvements include added HTML5 features, sync of browser preferences across multiple machines and the ability to install Chrome extensions while in incognito (private browsing) mode.
Not included in the stable release is Adobe Flash Player, although Google said it plans to include the plug-in when Flash 10.1 ships.
