Skype updated


Skype, the global telephony company, has released Skype v 1.3.0.8. The company's eponymous telephony-instant messaging-chat-file transfer application offers new and / or improved features, including:

• Chat w/ up to 50 people simultaneously
• Drag-n-drop contacts to add them to chats, calls
• Improved event notification, service overview
• New animated emoticons
• Support for enhanced notifications (Growl)

A fully-functional copy of Skype is free and can be downloaded here, though you'll need to pay for SkypeOut (ie Mac to land-line phone) calling.
