AT&T: Refurbish 8GB iPhone for $249

There have rumors that AT&T sells el cheapo refurbished iPhones through its stores and even the odd link to their online store has surfaced from time to time. But, at least as far as I've seen, there's been no product available for actual purchase.
Today, that's changed with the posting of an active link.
The AT&T Shop is offering refurbished 8GB iPhones for $249, which is $100 less than than Apple Store charges.
Knowing what you now know you probably wouldn't be interested anyway, but the Apple Store is currently sold out of the refurbished 8GB iPhone.
Editor's note: 8GB refurbs being blown out. Perhaps Apple and AT&T are blowing out final stock and preparing to cut prices?
