HBO arrives on iTunes

Neither Apple nor HBO have announced the availability of the specialty cable channel's content on the iTunes Store. It's there nevertheless.
Titles available right now include:
• The Wire ($1.99)
• The Flight of the Conchords ($1.99)
• Rome ($2.99)
• The Sorpanos ($2.99)
• Sex and the City ($1.99)
• Deadwood ($2.99)
As you can see from the above, some programs cost more than Apple's standardized $1.99 per episode price. This was predicted in yesterday's rumor.
Editor's note: Well, with the price barrier now breached, will NBC soon be returning to the fold? Or, will they hold out for anti-piracy filters in iTunes and on the iPod?
