A look at differences between Office for iOS/OS X and Windows

Jordan Kahn for 9 to 5 Mac:

The full charts (below) show suite-wide differences between the versions such as missing apps, lack of support for Visual Basic and ActiveX, right-to-left language support, accessibility features, AppleScript and much more. Other charts in the study show feature variations for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the majority of the features listed unavailable for iPad users and a mixed bag for the other versions.

Kurt Schmucker from Parallels does a nice job breaking down the differences between Office on platforms. For basic functionality, everything works fairly week across platforms. In fact, for you don't even need Microsoft Office to do plain tasks. For me, I find the biggest issues is no support at all support for Accessibility compliance and partial support for SharePoint.
