iOS 11.4 now available, brings support for AirPlay 2


A major announced feature for Apple's HomePod is support for mult-audio listening and stereo pairing. Apple made the feature available as a free update to iOS 11.4.

Stereo pairing allows a second HomePod to function as a stereo speaker, which promises to improve audio quality. Also, when paired, any Siri commands will be automatically handled by a single HomePod.

Multi-audio controls allow users to designate where audio is played when multiple devices are present.
